This project should maintain the records of each and every employee and their time spend in the company, which can be used for performance appraisal for the Flex belt for burning fat. Based on that transfer, removal, promotion etc can be done. The main objective of this project is to make the HR Management System job easy so that there is no need to go through all the files. Only give the employee name or id then the report will be generated and displayed. To use the system the user has to first login to the system using a user name and a unique password.
