Lola and DIY Weddings
About ten years ago, when all my friends and I were getting married, my friend Lola was right in the same boat as us. We didn’t have any money, but were wanting to plan the wedding of our dreams. DIY (or do it yourself) wansn’t as big as it was now, and so a lot of us struggled to create the wedding of our dreams. But not Lola, she was great at problem solving, and came up with lots of great DIY wedding ideas all on her own.
Now that those ten years have gone by, Lola is still planning DIY weddings. But not her own, she is still happily married. No, she is showing brides how to make their own perfect creations for their weddings, and she makes a pretty good living at it too. You go Lola.
