For my sister’s birthday last month, I had no idea what to get for her. She isn’t the easiest person to shop for, and doesn’t give hints about what she might like. After a few weeks of pondering though, I figured something out. I got her a gift certificate for a pair of Burton snowboarding pants. I remembered seeing her come home last winter from snowboarding, and remembered that her pants were pretty trashed. And for once, I got the perfect gift. She was so excited, and told me that’s exactly what she needed. Good thing I have a whole year to figure out something for her next birthday.
